What does it consist of?

Discover Scuba Diving is designed so you can experience what it is like to breath under water. First of all, we will do a short theory lesson, covering all the necessary aspects before getting in the water. You will learn about the diving equipment, how to move underwater, safety procedures and how to communicate underwater using hand signals.

We will then get into the water gradually. Your first steps during the try dive will be exciting and in shallow water. We will practise a few exercises, previously demonstrated by your instructor. Once we have finished the first dive, we will take a break and then do a second dive to continue exploring and enjoying. The great thing about this course is that it is done in only one day, so even the busiest of people can fit it in their schedule.
