Do you already have a dive certificate and you’re looking to do
some nice dives during your holiday ? In that case Dive Academy
Santa Pola is the perfect place for you !! We organise
daily dive trips for certified divers.
Most dives we do from our boat, a 7.5 meter long RIB. With this
boat we take you, quickly and safely, to one of the dive sites
around the Isla de Tabarca, a little island just off the coast
from Santa Pola. Several of these dive sites are part of the
marine reserve of Isla de Tabarca.
Diving inside this marine reserve is only allowed with special
permits. The dive sites outside the marine reserve are open to
everyone.
To be able to dive inside the marine reserve, you need to
book your dives in advance.
Dive Academy has to inform the authorities minimum 5 days in
advance to get the permit you need.
To apply for this permit we will need some information of you.
So, if you would like to dive in the marine reserve of Isla de
Tabarca, make sure you let us know in advance (per email). We
will make sure then that we apply to the Spanish authorities for
the permit.
For the dive sites outside the marine reserve, you don’t need
any special permits. These dive sites are open to everybody. The
marine life here (and of
course within the marine reserve !!) is
fantastic ! Besides that, there are several wreck to
“discover”, reefs to admire and lots more. So, plenty of reasons
to go for the option of purchasing a 6 or 10 dive pack from our
shop. Because, one thing is for sure …
just 1 dive won’t be enough !! |
