Advanced Open Water Course (2 days)
This course is designed to take you to the next step in your diving adventure, whilst safely being supervised by your instructor.
You have to make 5 dives to complete the course. One of which must be a Navigation dive, where you will learn how to navigate under water with both a compass and using natural navigation. Also you have to make a deeper dive of a depth up to 30m. This will give you a better understanding of what it is like at this depth and also give you the knowledge to be able to make dives of this depth after the course.
Then you can choose any 3 other sections from the Advanced Manual, they include…
- Photography
- Wreck
- Nitrox
- Peak Performance Buoyancy
- Boat
- Night
- Fish ID
- Search and Recover
- Drift
- Dry suit
- and many more….
They are all great fun and you will be happy to know there is no exam at the end of the course. You do however have to make the knowledge reviews, the same as you did in your PADI Open Water Diver Course. On completing the course you will receive a certificate from PADI, which will licence you to dive to 40m anywhere in the world.
You will also receive a temporary card to take home with you, until you receive your licence by post to your home address.
